Compassion Support Manager (Full Time)

Are you passionate about social justice, tackling local poverty and seeing people move from crisis to full potential? Do you enjoy supporting people as they develop healthy, independent living skills, taking a journey alongside them as they deal with issues in their lives which have prevented them from doing this.

As an anti-poverty charity Vineyard Compassion are employing a new staff member to be our Compassion Support Manager.

The Compassion Support Manager will carry responsibility for the vision, leadership, delivery and development of the Open Door project and wider Compassion Support Services (person centred support). They will lead, develop, and manage staff and service delivery that offers practical help and emotional support to vulnerable individuals and families in the community who are experiencing a range of complex needs.
