Provisions Coordinator (part-time)

As an anti-poverty charity Vineyard Compassion are employing a Provisions Coordinator (Part-time, 14hr or 21hr per week)*.
This is an exciting and varied operational role at the heart of Vineyard Compassion’s practical work. As Provisions Coordinator, you will oversee the delivery of RESET Social Supermarket and Foodbank services. The successful candidate will work closely with the Provisions Manager to ensure services continue to grow, innovate and respond effectively to local need.
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our food storage on site, ensuring all food is sourced, stored and distributed in line with all food regulations.
You will also be responsible for leading, growing and developing volunteer teams across all the area of provisions, providing direction, training, and pastoral support to volunteers who will primarily fulfil the responsibilities of this role.
The post holder will be required to represent Vineyard Compassion’s Christian ethos in all activities, and to spiritually support the work through prayer and fellowship.
* We are recruiting for two part-time positions in the area of Provisions: Provisions Coordinator and Donations & Warehouse Coordinator. Applications are invited for either part-time role. Alternatively, candidates with the skills and experience to undertake both areas of responsibility are welcome to apply for both positions, which may be combined to form a full-time role.
