Vineyard Compassion is a Coleraine-based charity with a bold mission: to support people from crisis to full potential. We do this by providing hands-on, practical support to those in need across the Causeway Coast & Glens area, whilst walking alongside them to tackle the root causes of poverty.

As an anti-poverty charity Vineyard Compassion are employing a new staff member to be our Fundraising Manager.

The Fundraising Manager is responsible for developing and delivering a sustainable fundraising programme that enables Vineyard Compassion to fulfil its mission of supporting people experiencing poverty, hardship and social exclusion across the Causeway Coast & Glens.

Working closely with the CEO and Operations Director, the postholder will lead on growing and diversifying income streams, building strong and lasting relationships with funders and supporters, and embedding excellent fundraising practice across the organisation.

The Fundraising Manager will be required to represent Vineyard Compassion’s Christian ethos throughout all his/her activities by applying a Christian mind and attitude to the role and to spiritually support the work of Compassion through Christian prayer and fellowship.
