How to Access the Food Bank:
Food Banks work with frontline professionals to identify people in need and issue them with a food bank voucher. These include local agencies such as children’s centres, housing associations, advice charities and mental health teams, who are best placed to assess need.
STEP 1 - If you are already engaged with a local agency - please ask them to issue you a voucher (they may be able to issue you an e-voucher during this present crisis)
If you’re not able to get a local agency to issue you a food bank voucher - please contact us directly.
STEP 2 - Once a person is referred, they can bring the voucher to their nearest food bank centre, where it can be exchanged for a parcel containing a minimum of three days’ nutritionally balanced food.
